Mmm, those long dark cold days screams for cozy nipple foods.  I love to make all kind of little meals you can nip on over the dinner table.  I love butternut squash, the sweet taste and the beautiful color just makes my tastebuds drool and my eyes shine. YUM!

NOTE: I would only eat these on my refill days(learn more here)

*If possible use organic ingredients only*


  • 1 Butternut Squash 
  • A good quality feta Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • A pinch of salt


  • Turn on your oven on 400°F (200°C)
  • Peel your butternut squash and slice into 0,5 inch pieces 
  • Crumble your feta if not already
  • Put them on a baking tray with parchment paper 
  • Add your oil and salt and bake them for 20-30 minutes(depends on oven)
  • Take them out and add your feta cheese
  • Bake again for 10 minutes
