Mmm, those long dark cold days screams for cozy nipple foods. I love to make all kind of little meals you can nip on over the dinner table. I love butternut squash, the sweet taste and the beautiful color just makes my tastebuds drool and my eyes shine. YUM!

*If possible use organic ingredients only*
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1 Butternut Squash
- A good quality feta Cheese
- Olive Oil
- A pinch of salt
HOW TO:
- Turn on your oven on 400°F (200°C)
- Peel your butternut squash and slice into 0,5 inch pieces
- Crumble your feta if not already
- Put them on a baking tray with parchment paper
- Add your oil and salt and bake them for 20-30 minutes(depends on oven)
- Take them out and add your feta cheese
- Bake again for 10 minutes
- EAT AND ENJOY
