Working on my arms is actually my least favorite but im trying to make it a favorite as much as I love legs and abs. So today I decided I wanted to show you some simple arm exercises you can do to build those guns. Im strong but I have my weaknesses such as pull ups and push ups, im trying to improve every single day and set goals such as one more push up and one more pull up every day and one day I can hopefully skip the band and do pull ups without any help.
