My first work out video for you guys is some different kinds of squats you can do anywhere to give yourself a good burn and build your glutes, hamstrings, hips, lower and upper back a more balanced and stronger core. Squats is one of the most important exercises in strength training. So let’s do this!

Squats X 10 – DO 6 RoundsΒ 

DO EACH X 10 – 6 ROUNDS ANDΒ FEEL THE BURN

1# LATERAL SQUAT
2# SQUAT WITH HIGH KNEE RAISE
3# REGULAR SQUATS WITH WEIGHT
4# JUMP SQUATS
5# NARROW SQUATS
6# SQUATS WITH HIGH LEG KICK
