KALE, one of my favorite veggies, it’s one of the healthiest foods in the world, it gives you all the right nutrients, boost your body with energy, minerals and lots of vitamin K and C. Kale can help on a bunch of health problems and reduce the risk of heart diseases. Its rich on fiber, water, antioxidants, calcium and vitamins. If you have problem with constipation eat some kale, the high volume of fiber and water in kale will make your tummy work again.
Note to self peps, EAT some more kale.
Tonights dinner was a kale cabbage feast and here is my very simple, but delicious kale recipe for you.
KALE SALAD RECIPE:
- A bundle of organic fresh green Kale
- 1 Apple
- Little handful of Organic Almonds
- 1 Organic Lime
- Pinch of some good sea salt or pink himalaya salt
HOW TO:
Wash the kale really good, take the ‘leafs’ of the stem if you dont prefer the stem or chop it up fine. Fry the kale on the frying pan til it ‘collaps’ add the salt.
While the kale is frying, cut your apple into little cubes and chop up the almonds. Take the kale of the pan and put it on your prefered serveing plate or bowl, mix in the apples and SQUUUUUISH the whole lime over the kale and apples, sprinkle with Almonds and enjoy. You can always add what ever you desire, tonight i added chicken.
